Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your order is
handed over to the shipping carrier, it is considered dispatched and enters the transit phase.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Once your order is dispatched, typical shipping
estimates are:
- USA: 5-12 business days
- Canada: 7-15 business days
- UK: 6-14 business days
- Australia: 7-15 business days
- Europe: 6-14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10-20 business days
Please note: Unexpected customs inspections, courier delays, or peak-season congestion may
increase transit times. These factors are outside of our control.
Order Accuracy & Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If any address issues are detected, we will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we do not
receive a response, your order may be canceled.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours at
contactmagikgo@gmail.com. We'll do our best to correct it before the order is processed, but
changes after this window are not guaranteed.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to ship promptly, some delays may occur due to:

MagikGo is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it is out of our
control.
If your package is lost or stolen, please:

2. File a claim with the courier using your tracking number
3. If needed, file a police report
We will assist you throughout the process and may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
However, please note that lost or stolen packages are not covered under our refund policy.
