Changed your mind?
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already
be in processing and cannot be altered.
If canceled within the 24-hour window, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged or defective,
please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- Your Order Number or contact details used to place the order
We will assess the issue and, if eligible, offer a free replacement.
Note: Minor damage to the packaging (such as a dented box) where the product is intact does not qualify for
a replacement or refund.

by third parties such as shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions.
We are also not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, we recommend contacting

Incorrect Shipping Address

and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
